55+ Affordable Senior Housing

STRYKER SENIOR HOUSING will provide 57 units of affordable rental housing for seniors over 55 at the 605-617 Stryker sites. 75% of the units are set aside for those earning less than 30% of area median income (AMI), and an additional 14 units are reserved for those with incomes below 60% of AMI. NeDA is working with LHB Inc., who is providing architectural, engineering, and landscaping services. The site will include a public gathering space and sculpture at the north end at King and Stryker. Residents will enjoy a deck, a picnic area, and a raise-bed garden.
